The title relates to the original idea of this commissioned pic ^^ At first I didn't know whether to put this in the Original or Fanart section, since, well, the mermaid's based on a very popular anime character you are sure to recognize :P I decided to put it here as an original pic though in the end~ I like how the pic turned out, and the person who commissioned this liked it too, so I'm glad ^-^ This be a commission sample, so please do not steal~!
