Phewww... the site is *finally* back up again after almost two weeks @_@;;;;; I am SO through with free-of-charge, supposedly-free hosting services ><;; It's not that Trifocus' services have been unsatisfactory, but heck, TWO major downtimes --one lasted for a week, and the other for two--, definitely don't help. Now that I've got to pay for this particular interest of mine, I think I will be devoting more effort and attention on it to make it worth the money XP~

Anyway. That is past. I've got to say that this last week has been, despite the website problems and all, VERY cheerfully happy for me. Nothing can make you feel bad when all (or at least 99%) of your exam results are, shall I say, more than merely good ^_____^~ Honestly, though, I don't understand how my marks could be a lot better here in Melbourne than they were when I was still studying in the Indonesian high school, when I actually devoted less time and energy studying here than I did back there. Hmmmmmmmmmm.

One of the things I did in my term break? Finished watching Trigun. I'm telling you, Trigun is godly. Vash is godly. Wolfwood is godly. Legato is godly. Knives, insane as he is, is godly. Everything, I mean EVERYTHING about Trigun is just so darn GODLY TTTTTT;;;; Have I used enough "godly"s? XP~ I also watched lots of movies that popped up in Foxtel's Showtime; they had The Green Mile (which is godly), the whole Star Wars Trilogy (which, obviously, is godly as well), The Mummy, and lots of other googily stuff. There. NOW I've said the word "godly" more than enough times. Oh, BTW, I've also developed a strong bond with the local Time Zone, which is just 10 minutes away from my apartment, since it's got everything I'd ever wished an arcade to have... except maybe DDR 5th mix. It does have DDR 3rd mix Plus though, along with stuff like DanceFreak, Time Crisis 2, Gauntlet Legends, Soul Calibur, Dead or Alive 2, KOF 97-2000, not to mention the Tekken stuff as well. Enough to keep me hooked for at least an hour each day, at least five times a week XD~~ Mweh... must be careful with my allowances.... O_o;;;;

There are certainly advantages you get when you actually pay for your own webhost -- such as being able to have custom 404 error pages. Not to mention having a sub-domain you can set up on your own. Oh, and (almost) unlimited numbers of POP3 mail accounts. Not to mention the unlimited aliases. And the rest of the little tidbits you can use.

BTW, this is the results of my Bishounen Selector quiz:

# 1 Allen (Tenkuu no Escaflowne)
# 2 Hotohori (Fushigi Yuugi)
# 3 Treize (Gundam Wing)
# 4 Folken (Tenkuu no Escaflowne)
# 5 Sephiroth (Final Fantasy VII)
# 6 Vicious (Cowboy Bebop)
# 7 Akio (Shoujo Kakumei Utena)
# 8 Touga (Shoujo Kakumei Utena)
# 9 Nakago (Fushigi Yuugi)
# 10 Zechs (Gundam Wing)
# 11 Kaoru (Shin Seiki Evangelion)
# 12 Miki (Shoujo Kakumei Utena)
# 13 Saonji (Shoujo Kakumei Utena)
# 14 Squall (Final Fantasy VIII)
# 15 Tasuki (Fushigi Yuugi)
# 16 Spike (Cowboy Bebop)
# 17 Van (Tenkuu no Escaflowne)
# 18 Cloud (Final Fantasy VII)
# 19 Duo (Gundam Wing)
# 20 Tamahome (Fushigi Yuugi)
# 21 Chichiri (Fushigi Yuugi)
# 22 Nuriko (Fushigi Yuugi)
# 23 Dilandau (Tenkuu no Escaflowne)
# 24 Larva (Vampire Princess Miyu)
# 25 Vash (Trigun)

I don't know about the Escaflowne guys because I haven't watched any, but the rest of the bishounens are simply... gorgeous. Even if they happen to be not my type, I'll still love them. I swear. Hrm... it mentions almost every the Suzaku seishi plus Nakago... Weird, given the fact that I am not very particularly into Fushigi Yuugi (though I do find the boys in there to be wondrously wonderful XD~). I can't argue about Sephiroth, Zechs, and Trigun, either. Absolutely can't.

I like Garbage's Androgyny... I cannot say that the videoclip is pleasant to look at, though. Not my type.

I bought the Interview with the Vampire DVD yesterday, and though I bought it for $40, I do not regret having bought it at all. It is one of the most beautifully damned movie I've ever seen. Very dark and Anne Rice-ish. Oh, in case you're wondering, I've never seen the movie before ^^;; I finished reading the novel a couple of months ago, and I must say that I am thoroughly captured by the absolute damnation by which Anne Rice always portrays her characters. Ramses, Lestat, and Louis... Tom Cruise looks so heavenly enchanting as Lestat, too XD~

I would like to add a Painter tutorial to my site, but I'm seriously considering the plan right now. The reason? First of all, I am relatively new to Painter. I've only been using Painter for less than six months; I got my Wacom Graphire (yes, that minuscule, serial, pathetic little thing) tablet for 2001's New Year present and used the crappy, layerless Painter Classic that came with the tablet for about one or two months before finally obtaining my own copy of Painter 6. Even so, I still had difficulties coming up with something that looked anywhere near being an actual drawing, partially because of the unreasonably small size of the tablet. After a while, though, I did get a little bit more used to it, but... Anyway. So... I have not enough experience and knowledge of Painter to actually write a tutorial. Secondly, when drawing, I find myself lacking of organisation and proper methods; I just try and do whatever method that works. This will obviously make it a lot more difficult for me to actually sort the steps out and write a decent step-by-step tutorial. And lastly... I am too lazy to actually have to take some time and write a tutorial. I've been extremely busy with school (I'm telling you, school can DIE), and I barely have any spare time to indulge myself in.

But... I will try. For the sake of my sanity, and for those who faithfully asked me to do a tutorial, I shall try my best to do it... however complicated and seemingly impossible it is for me now. Wish me luck XP~

My mom is here ^__^~~ Mwehehehee... I finally get to buy another pair of Satch jeans without having to spend $129 off my own allowance XD~~ Erm... anyway...

Making a tutorial isn't as easy as I thought... the coloring tutorial is coming, but rather slowly... blergh. I just wish I have the patience to sit down and finish doing the whole tutorial in one sitting ^^;;;;

I believe I have said this for about a hundred times, but... SCHOOL SUCKS. Especially when you've got your mom visiting you and you want to go out with her and have a lot of fun O_o;;;
