I'm addicted to smoothies @_@; I've always loved smoothies, of course, loved them so much that whenever I see them I've got to buy them. But I just realized I'd just gotten worse~ It all began a couple of days ago, when I dropped by a local Viva Juice to buy its infamous hot baked spud (it's really yummy :9~~~) for lunch. They were lacking the low-fat yoghurt used for topping at the moment, however, so I had to choose some other thing from their menu. I settled for a mango/orange/peach/frozen yoghurt smoothie, which was really nice. But all the smoothies I've ever had so far have always been nice, so I didn't give it much thought. The following day, I thought, hmm, why not try another smoothie? So I did. I picked an orange/pineapple one this time, and boy was it yummy. After that, I find myself buying one smoothie a day, and today, when I went to Boost, a different juice/smoothie bar to get my daily dose of smoothie, it hit me that I've gotten hooked, that I just have to have a smoothie everyday, that even when I don't see it, I want to buy it. Oh well... at least they say it's healthy~~~~

Despite the upcoming exams, I somehow managed to find a bunch of new manga scanlations of series I had never gotten the chance to read before. Many of them are great~~ Here are some that I'm now reading/hooked to:

Today is a very fine day =3 The weather couldn't have been better; there is not a single cloud to be seen in the sky, yet it wasn't hot. The weather's perfect. I went to school to finish my Visual Arts projects and submit my portfolio (imagine, MY portfolio! I never thought I'd ever be able to say that~~ When I decided to take Computer Science, I thought all I'd be taking care of is computer programs), and stopped by Viva Juice on the way back home for a hot spud and a orange/strawberry/banana smoothie. Yummy :9~~ Then my cousin, who lives with me and is taking Multimedia, asked me to help her with her arts project, in which she's required to color an architectural pic and shade it properly using markers. Needless to say, she's got a good amount of newly bought Tria and Copic markers for it. Woo boy, I tell you, it was fun being able to use so many shades and tones of them with abandon. They were brand-new, and since they weren't mine and were bought specifically for the project, I could have used them all up and nobody would care. I was even thanked for it ^^;; I've never used either brand, so it was good experience, too. Hmm. Maybe I should start investing in a couple of them, they produce good colors and are fun and easy to use ^o^

Today was another very fine day, albeit being a bit warmer than yesterday. I went out to have late brunch/early lunch at the food court right across the back of my apartment~ There were so many choices, but I finally settled with a hot baked potato topped with cheese, fried onion, and mushroom, and served with coleslaw. Sooo yummy. I felt so full afterwards though. I spent a good part of the day lazying around in one of the gardens in the city (this city is beautiful -- especially in summer, with all its gardens). Such beautiful weather. On the way home, I bought a cup of chilly yoghurt/mango puree mix, topped with muesli, almond, and honey. Woo, nice =3

Dangit, I'm supposed to be studying, not enjoying life :P

An enquiry made in a forum caused me to search for some of my older artworks... and not only did I find a couple of mine, I also stumbled upon lots of other artists'. All the old, oooold fanarts and stuff... I remember drooling upon many of them years ago. I honestly don't know whether I should feel nostalgic or sad though~ Seeing them sure did bring back lots of memories, but my art three, four years ago were just... terrible. Heck, terrible isn't even bad enough. If I hadn't drawn those fanarts myself, I'd say they had permanently damaged my eyes XP

Ack, I'm addicted to doing the cel-shading type of coloring. It's so... easy... so simple, and takes so much less time than my normal Painter stuff. It's so anime-ish, too, and it seems that the more anime-art-inclined people (my brother :P) appreciate the cel-style pics more, even though they take a lot less time. Heh... though they're not as expressive and inspiring as the Painter-style works, they're fun to do, so I really don't mind doing some now and then =3

I'm still alive~~ Had problems with my notebook, which is the only really useable computer I have here at home in Indonesia, so I couldn't go online for quite a couple of days. Or weeks. I'm a bit behind at e-mails and site updates right now, but I'll catch up with them, I promise. Somehow. Anyway, I beat Kingdom Hearts. Awesome game. Some slight spoilers warning below:

Sora is so totally adorable =3 Riku is really cool, too. Love his eyes and his voice. But the highlights of the game are Squall (whoa, I didn't know Angel's David Boreanaz voiced him~ His voice in the game was so cool), Ansem, and of course, dearest Seph XD; The voices fit the characters perfectly IMO. I really dig the real-time battle system, though it reminds me a bit too much of Zelda 64, what with the targeting/locking system and Sora's roll thingie. I shall draw Squall, Riku, Sephy, or Ansem >:D

I'm playing Suikoden III right now. So far it's looking good, though I've not really gotten anywhere yet. Just finished Hugo's and Chris's first chapters~ Doing Gedd's story right now. Love the OP soundtrack. Hugo is so cute X3~ I <3 Percival. I like Sgt. Joe, too. Heheheh.
