Vallis Alpes is originally created for the purpose of school assignment; it is made solely for the Computer and Information Management subject
in the Trinity College Foundation Studies Program.
Vallis Alpes, the title of this site, means Alpine Valley, and is taken from the name of a flat-floored valley 180 km long on the surface of our Moon.
The rock on the lower right-hand corner is Eros, one of the asteroids that have been specifically observed within the asteroid belt that is located between Mars and Jupiter.
